Eric started his radio career back in 3rd grade with side kick Matt Anderson on the voice to audio cassette station they labeled as X-21-Thousand (X21000). The music was all over the map from Bob Seger to The Bears Superbowl Shuffle to The Kingsten Trio to The Beastie Boys.  Eric likes to think that he had a subconscious vision of the popular Jack Format way before Bob Perry introduced "Cadillac Jack" Garret in 2000.

Jumping ahead in Mr. Fleming's timeline, in 2001, Eric received the opportunity to be the fill in guy for the "All Request Show" on 97.3 KGRR-FM in Dubuque, IA, a minor role that turned out to be a vision for the rest of Eric's career, a "part time dude" with full time payroll dreams.

Currently Eric is wearing two hats at Triple M, during the weekday's he is referred to as The New Business Developer which we all think just means sales rep but we will let Eric keep his fancy title.  On the weekends, you will generally hear Eric on-the air Saturday's from 6pm to 10pm.

Eric is a local musician and his current project is an acoustic duo called Okham's Razor (www.okhamsrazor.com) . When Eric is not selling radio, on-the-air, or playing music, he is most likely hanging out with his beautiful girlfriend Polly.

Two of Eric's Favorite Quotes:

  • "All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy." - Spike Milligan.
  • "Whoever said 'nothings impossible' never tried to nail jell-o to a tree" - Lisa Bryant
